Custom 3D printing service for custom objects, repairs, replacements, adapters, prototypes, and toys
When 3D printing makes sense
A simple checklist to know if this service is for you.
The part is not on the market
Replacement is discontinued, out of stock, or impossible to source.
You need custom branding or design
Create parts that reflect your brand or unique style like business cards, keychains, or custom toys.
You need a custom mount, an adaptation, or just a part that fits
Brackets, spacers, holders, and custom fits for your setup.
You want to test a prototype
Try a part in real life, adjust it, then finalize it.

Universal Radiator & AC Fin Comb
Problem
The fine aluminum fins on air conditioners, car radiators, or refrigerators bend very easily (from small stones, careless cleaning, or impacts). Bent fins block airflow, drastically reducing cooling efficiency and increasing energy consumption.
Solution
3D printing a specialized "comb" with a star-shaped design. Each of its 6 sides has a different tooth spacing, perfectly matching the fin density of almost any equipment. The model also includes an ergonomic printable handle for a firm grip.
Result
Bent fins are combed and straightened quickly and safely, without tearing them. Airflow is unblocked, and the equipment's cooling capacity returns to 100%. A simple and inexpensive tool that extends the life of expensive appliances.

Cyclone Dust Collector
Problem
Shop vacuums and household vacuum cleaners quickly lose suction when cleaning fine workshop dust, sawdust, or debris because their filters get clogged. Commercial dust extractors are expensive and take up a lot of space in a small workshop.
Solution
A 3D-printed, compact cyclone separator that connects inline between standard vacuum hoses. The most clever part of this design is the threaded bottom, which allows you to screw on a standard, upcycled plastic soda bottle to act as the dust collection bin.
Result
The cyclonic action separates and drops heavy dust and debris into the bottle before it ever reaches the vacuum cleaner. Your vacuum filter stays perfectly clean, maximum suction power is maintained, and emptying the waste is as simple as unscrewing a bottle. It is a highly effective, low-cost workshop upgrade.

Guitar Chord Simplifier
Problem
Learning to play the acoustic guitar can be incredibly frustrating for beginners. Pressing the steel strings causes finger pain, and forming complex chord shapes requires finger strength and dexterity that takes a long time to build, causing many to quit early.
Solution
A 3D-printed mechanical attachment that easily clamps onto the first few frets of the guitar neck. By pressing just one of the large levers on the device, it mechanically presses down all the necessary strings to form a perfect, clear chord.
Result
Beginners can start strumming and playing their favorite songs immediately with just one finger. It eliminates finger pain and acts as the perfect set of "training wheels" to help new musicians build rhythm and confidence.

Angle Grinder Drill Bit Sharpener
Problem
High-Speed Steel (HSS) drill bits become blunt over time and lose their cutting edge. Sharpening them by hand is difficult because maintaining the correct angle (usually 118° or 135°) requires a lot of skill, and replacing dull bits constantly is expensive.
Solution
A 3D-printed jig that mounts directly onto a standard angle grinder (compatible with 115mm and 125mm discs). It features precisely angled slots for metric drill bits of various diameters, holding them securely at the exact correct angle against the grinding wheel.
Result
You can quickly and perfectly restore the cutting edge of your dull drill bits with repeatable accuracy. It saves money on buying new bits and ensures you always have sharp tools ready for your projects.

Custom Vacuum Cleaner Attachments
Problem
Standard vacuums come with limited, generic nozzles that often fail to reach tight spots like car seats, radiators, or specific workshop corners. Plus, losing or breaking an original attachment usually means paying a premium for a proprietary replacement, if it's even still manufactured.
Solution
3D printing fully customizable vacuum tools. We can print specialized shapes—like ultra-thin crevice tools, wide sweeps, or direct power-tool dust adapters—sized to perfectly fit the exact diameter of your specific vacuum hose.
Result
You get the exact tool you need to clean hard-to-reach areas effectively. It extends the usefulness of your current vacuum and saves you the hassle of hunting down expensive brand-specific parts.

Cable Protector
Problem
Laptop and smartphone charging cables frequently bend, fray, and break right at the connector's base due to constant use, pulling, and tight bending in backpacks. Replacing official PC power adapters is frustrating and expensive.
Solution
A 3D-printed, articulated cable protector that snaps directly over the fragile neck of the USB-C cable. Its ribbed, flexible design acts as a mechanical strain relief, restricting the bending radius and absorbing the physical stress instead of the internal wires.
Result
The cable's lifespan is significantly extended, preventing wire breakage and dangerous electrical shorts. A quick, low-cost print saves you from having to buy a costly new charger.

How it works
From problem to a part that actually fits.
1
Show the problem
Send a photo or even the broken part — either works.
2
We figure it out
We determine size, mounting and strength together.
3
You confirm before printing
We show the solution so nothing is printed blindly.
4
Receive and test
If something needs tweaking, we adjust it.
Send the part — we’ll handle the rest
A photo is enough. No 3D knowledge required.
What to send
- STL model file if you have it (optional but ideally )
- If you don't have an STL file, send 3-5 photos of the part and where it goes
- Any measurements you might have (approximate is fine)
- What the part should do (hold, clip, cover, align, protect)
If you already have a 3D file, you can upload it
